Purpose of Appeal: We purchased the building end of December 2017 pulled a permit asap. Well under way with renovation. We are fixing things in the house that we didn't forsee. Working close with Jim Seegar on them. Going way above and beyond repairs needed from Cat 2 report. We are fixing 3-4 Cat 2 homes a year. We just finished 987 Wilson, 737 Plum, 275 Bates and 879 Conway. If we can get a 60 day extention I will have an occupancy from Jim Seegar.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Jason Anderson to a Vacant Building Registration Requirement at 723 EDGERTON STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal, noting the fee has gone to assessment; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
