RESOLVED, that, upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul d/b/a Saint Paul Regional Water Services (“Board”), the proper Board officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay, from the settlement fund, Accounting Unit 69082105, Account 74205-0, to Century Link Communications, LLC (“Century Link”) the sum of $8,986.89 in full settlement of any and all claims by Century Link for damages discovered on November 21, 2017 resulting from work performed by Board forces on November 14, 2017 at 664 Fairview Ave N, Saint Paul, MN.
