Title

Approving adverse action against the Solid Waste Hauler & Vehicle and Solid Waste Hauler (Each Additional Vehicle) licenses held by GMAN Enterprises, LLC, d/b/a Garbage Man St Paul II.

 

Body

WHEREAS, the Solid Waste Hauler & Vehicle and Solid Waste Hauler (Each Additional Vehicle) licenses held by GMAN Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Garbage Man St Paul II (License ID# 20100004890) for the City of Saint Paul were the subject of a Notice of Intent to Suspend Licenses dated March 1, 2018, stating the licensee failed to pay delinquent license and late fees and submit required information; and

 

WHEREAS, per Saint Paul Legislative Code §310.05 (m) (2), the licensing office also recommended a $500.00 matrix penalty for failure to submit required information to maintain the license; and  

 

WHEREAS, the licensee did not respond to the Notice of Intent to Suspend Licenses to pay the delinquent license and late fees and submit the required information, request a public hearing or cancel the licenses; and

 

WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Suspend Licenses stated that if the licensee failed to pay the delinquent license and late fees and submit the required information, request a public hearing or cancel the licenses by March 12, 2018, that the matter would be placed on the next available consent agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, the Solid Waste Hauler & Vehicle and Solid Waste Hauler (Each Additional Vehicle) licenses held by GMAN Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Garbage Man St Paul II for the City of Saint Paul are hereby suspended.   

 

FURTHER RESOLVED, the licensee is ordered to pay a matrix penalty of $500.00 for failure to submit required information to maintain the licenses.

 

FINALLY RESOLVED, the licenses will remain suspended until all delinquent license and late fees are paid in fill and all required information is submitted to the Department of Safety and Inspections.
