I can't find an appointment letter for the inspection in STAMP, so I'm assuming it was complaint-based inspection.  Need more explicit information on cause of revocation for discussion in hearing, looks like it's still occupied and was a class C.

 

Body

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Kelly Skie to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Revocation and Order to Vacate at 919 LAWSON AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal on the revocation and order to vacate but items in the order remain in place and will be inspected on April 2, 2018 for sign-off; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
