Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 798 IGLEHART AVENUE in Council File RLH SAO 18-6.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 18-6 on February 7, 2018 which granted an extension to February 1, 2018 to abate the nuisance conditions at 798 Iglehart Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on February 6, 2018 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were not abated; however, an additional extension is granted until March 1, 2018 to remove the pallets which are frozen to the ground. Due to the weather, inspector was not able to inspect whether the pallets were removed. As of March 14, inspector noted that the pallets are now addressed; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved / not abated and therefore authorizes the Department of Safety and Inspections to proceed with this nuisance abatement].
