Acknowledging the receipt of the Saint Paul Streets policy.

Body

WHEREAS the City of Saint Paul has a street reconstruction program referred to as the Saint Paul Streets program, and

WHEREAS the administration will be implementing changes to the financing and assessment policies for this program beginning in 2018, and

WHEREAS the City Council had a policy session on February 21^st, 2018 and the department of finance presented the changes to the Saint Paul Streets program, and

WHEREAS the attached Saint Paul Streets Policy does document the changes discussed at the February 21^st policy session and outlines the polices that will apply to the Saint Paul Streets program beginning in 2018, now therefore be it

RESOLVED that the Council acknowledges receipt of the attached Saint Paul Streets Policy.
