Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 106 KING STREET EAST in Council File RLH RR 17-21.

Body

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH RR 17-21 on June 7, 2017 which granted an additional extension to December 7, 2017 to abate the nuisance conditions at 106 King Street East; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on January 30, 2018 and January 27, 2018 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
