WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Public Library of the City of Saint Paul is overseen by a director; and
WHEREAS, Mayor Melvin Carter III has appointed Catherine Penkert as Library Director; and
WHEREAS, this is the initial meeting of the Library Board since the appointment of a new director, now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, that the Library Board of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota hereby officially welcomes Catherine Penkert to her new role as Director of the Saint Paul Public Library
