WHEREAS, Chair Tolbert will vacate his position as the Chair of the Library Board of the City of Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the Library Board of the City of Saint Paul needs a Chairperson and other officers to preside over meetings and perform other responsibilities on behalf of the board; and now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the Library Board of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota that Board Member Jane L. Prince is hereby appointed as Chair of the Library Board; and be it
FUTHER RESOLVED that current Library Board Secretary Dai Thao will continue in the role of secretary and Library Board Member Dan Bostrom will now serve as Library Board Treasurer
