WHEREAS, the Mayor appoints Naomi Alemseged as the Constituent Services Representative effective January 2, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor appoints Kaohly Her as the Senior Policy Director effective January 2, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor appoints Ikram Koliso as a Policy Associate effective January 2, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor appoints Peter Leggett as the Marketing and Communications Director effective January 2, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor appoints Noel Nix, as the Deputy Director of Government Relations effective February 2, 2018 ; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor appoints Lyndsey Olson as the City Attorney effective February 1, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor appoints Joan Phillips as the Mayor’s Scheduler effective February 5, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor appoints Chris Rider as Senior Aide to Deputy Mayor Jaime Tincher effective January 2, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor appoints Russ Stark as Chief Resiliency Officer effective February 16, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor appoints Camille Tinnin as VISTA Program Manager effective February 5, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor appoints Andrea Turner as Director of Human Resources effective February 1, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor appoints LyLy Vang-Yang as a Policy Associate effective January 2, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor appoints Sharon Kennedy Vickers as Director of Office of Technology and Communications effective January 22, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor appoints Liz Xiong as Press Secretary effective January 2, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor appoints ThaoMee Xiong as Government Relations Director effective January 8, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor appoints Daniel Yang as the Policy Director effective January 16, 2018; now
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council consents to and approves of the above appointments, made by Mayor Melvin Carter.
