WHEREAS, due to the resignation of Russ Stark as a Commissioner and Secretary of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota (HRA) it is necessary to appoint a new Secretary of the HRA,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota, that Commissioner Amy Brendmoen is hereby appointed Secretary of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota effective immediately after the passage of this Resolution.
