Title

Amending Council File No. RLH AR 17-102 to delete the assessment for Collection of Vacant Building Registration Fees billed during January 4 to July 21, 2017 at 255 SYNDICATE STREET SOUTH. (File No. VB1803, Assessment No. 188802)

 

Body

WHEREAS on January 17, 2018, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 17-102 to delete the assessment for Collection of Vacant Building Registration Fees billed during January 4 to July 21, 2017. (File No. VB1803, Assessment No. 188802); and

 

WHEREAS, the property at 255 Syndicate Street South, being described as: Friendsville Lot 4 Blk 2, with the property identification number 10-28-23-12-0059 was assessed an amount of $2,284; and

 

WHEREAS, Department of Safety and Inspections staff recommends deleting the assessment as there was a waiver that was supposed to be through November 16, 2017 and it went to assessment on September 1, 2017 in error;

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $2,284, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 17-102 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
