RESOLVED, that the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul hereby approves the Settlement Agreement and Release with Lowertown Acquisition Company, LLC, and the proper Board officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay from Accounting Unit 69082105-74205-0 Settlements, the sum of $40,000.00 as full settlement of the claim for damages sustained on June 13, 2016 at 366 Jackson Street in the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota.
