RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the Board of Water Commissioners, the proper Board officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay from the Injuries and Damages fund, Accounting Unit 69082105, Account 74205-0, to Hartford Insurance Company the sum of $9,884.44 in full settlement of any no fault or PIP claims arising from an automobile accident near the intersection of Forest St. and Maryland Ave., Saint Paul, MN on July 21, 2014 involving Robert Sweeney.
