Comments:   There is one open mechanical permit and one open building permit; the electrical and two plumbing permits have been finaled.

History of Orders on Property:   Cat 2 VB file opened 9-26-16. Tall grass & weeds letters issued on 9-25-17 and 8-18-17 which were done by owner; garbage/rubbish SA issued on 8-8-17 which resulted in a work order; SAs issued on 7-19-17, 5-11-17 and 4-28-17 which were done by owner.



WHEREAS, the Office of Financial Services Real Estate Section has attached to this Council File both a report of completion outlining the costs and fees associated with Collection of Vacant Building Registration fees billed during June 7 to September 21, 2017. (File No. VB1805, Assessment No. 188804) and the assessment roll including all properties for which these assessments are proposed for Council ratification; and


WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed an appeal of this assessment and developed a recommendation for the City Council with respect to this assessment; and


WHEREAS, a public hearing having been conducted for the above improvement, and said assessment having been further considered by the Council and having been considered financially satisfactory; Now, Therefore, Be It


RESOLVED, that pursuant to Chapter 14 of the Saint Paul City Charter, said assessment is hereby ratified and payable in one installment.
