WHEREAS on January 3, 2018, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File Nos. AR 17-83 to delete the assessment for Property Clean Up services during June 1 to 30, 2017. (File No. J1801A, Assessment No. 188500); and
WHEREAS, the property at 847 Oakdale Avenue, being described as: Belvidere Pk Sub Of L2 Bidwell Subj To Alley; The Fol, S 21 Ft Of Lot 7 And All Of Lot 8 Blk 2, with the property identification number 08-28-22-34-0221 was assessed an amount of $242; and
WHEREAS, Department of Safety and Inspections staff recommends deleting the assessment, as the Summary Abatement Order stated the reinspection would be on June 9, 2017 but the work crew cut the grass on June 8, 2017;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $242, plus any accrued interests, be deleted and Council File No. RLH AR 17-83 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
