WHEREAS on January 3, 2018, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 17-90, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Graffiti Removal services during July 25 to August 5, 2017. (File No. J1801P, Assessment No. 188400); and
WHEREAS, the property at 828 Sims Avenue, being described as: Williams Re B7ptb4 Nelsons Lots 14 And Lot 15 Blk 1, with the property identification number 28-29-22-32-0130 was assessed an amount of $177.46; and
WHEREAS, Department of Safety and Inspections staff recommends deleting the assessment because there was a graffiti waiver on file since July 24, 2017;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $177.46, plus any accrued interests, be deleted; and Council File No. RLH AR 17-90 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
