WHEREAS, St Paul Wine Bar, LLC d/b/a St Paul Wine Bar, LLC (License ID #20170003453) applied for a Liquor-Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license for the premises located at 1 Leech Street in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the licensee also applied for a Liquor On Sale - 100 seats or less; a Liquor On Sale - 2AM Closing; a Liquor On Sale - Sunday; and an Entertainment A license; and
WHEREAS, the licensee was able to obtain three (3) out of three (3) possible petition signatures for one-hundred percent (100%) support of a Liquor-Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to the issuance of the Liquor-Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of the Liquor-Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Liquor-Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license is granted to St Paul Wine Bar, LLC d/b/a St Paul Wine Bar, LLC (License ID #20170003453) for the premises located at 1 Leech Street in Saint Paul with the following condition:
1. Licensee agrees to take appropriate action(s) to ensure that the sale, display, and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages is contained to the indoor and outdoor area shown on the plan submitted with the license application on file with the Department of Safety and Inspections (DSI).
