Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 1400 ARLINGTON AVENUE EAST in Council File RLH SAO 17-100.

Body

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 17-100 on December 20, 2017 which granted an extension to January 8, 2018 to abate the nuisance conditions at 1400 Arlington Avenue East; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on January 9, 2018 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
