LEGISLATIVE HEARING STAFF COMMENTS: On follow-up comparing aerial map to photos, it appears the orders cover both 16 King and 20 King which is a vacant parcel.  Work on 16 King was for portion of 16 King which is unimproved right of way between houses. No same or simlar violations, so delete assessment. 10-3-18

AMENDED 10/3/18

WHEREAS, the Office of Financial Services Real Estate Section has attached to this Council File both a report of completion outlining the costs and fees associated with cost of providing Property Clean Up services during June 1 to 30, 2017 (File No. J1801A, Assessment No. 188500) and the assessment roll including all properties for which these assessments are proposed for Council ratification; and

 

WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed an appeal of this assessment and developed a recommendation for the City Council with respect to this assessment; and

 

WHEREAS, a public hearing having been conducted for the above improvement, and said assessment having been further considered by the Council and having been considered financially satisfactory; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that pursuant to Chapter 14 of the Saint Paul City Charter, said assessment is hereby forthcoming and will be deleted if there are no same or similar violations by October 3, 2018 deleted.
