WHEREAS, Commissioner Brendmoen will vacate her position as the Chair of the Board of Commissioners of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul needs a Chairperson to preside over meetings and perform other responsibilities on behalf of the Board; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota that Commissioner Chris Tolbert is hereby appointed as Chair of the Board of Commissioners of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul.
