RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405 - 74205 the total sum of thirty three thousand dollars and no cents ($33,000.00) in full and final settlement of Plaintiff’s claims in Alix Kendall v. City of St. Paul, for all claims for damages and attorneys’ fees regarding the incident.
