Authorizing the Saint Paul Public Libraries lease renewal with Keystone Community Services.
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Public Libraries, City of Saint Paul, the “Tenant,” and Keystone Community Services, the “Landlord,” (“the Parties”) have reached a mutual agreement for the rental of space, approximately 1371 square feet, in the West Seventh Community Center (“Center”), located at 265 Oneida Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, a space use agreement between the Parties for the Center has existed since 1985, and the Tenant, per this agreement, will remain in the current space; and
WHEREAS, the Parties now wish to enter into a space use agreement for a period of five years, commencing January 1, 2018 and terminating December 31, 2022; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are authorized and directed to enter into said agreement, attached as Exhibit A.
