Pertaining to the retirement of Saint Paul Regional Water Services Engineer Technician Supervisor, Bill Tschida.
Body
WHEREAS, Bill Tschida has professionally served the Board of Water Commissioners and the City of Saint Paul for over 46 years; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Tschida has admirably performed various engineering, technical and administrative duties throughout his long career; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Tschida has been instrumental in managing the many cellular contracts with the Board as well as managing its many land holdings; and
WHEREAS, while serving the utility, Mr. Tschida performed his career with dedication, integrity and with a high degree of professionalism; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Tschida has decided to retire from Saint Paul Regional Water Services effective December 29, 2017; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Tschida may now remove his tie, light up a cigar and continue his musical talents; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul hereby commends Mr. Tschida for his faithful and dedicated service; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the members of the Board extend to Bill Tschida their appreciation and best wishes.
