Appeal of Clifford Scott to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 434 FRY STREET.

 

Date/Time of 1st LH:  Tuesday, November 14, 2017, 2:30 p.m.

Purpose of Appeal:  I feel that all the items on the order are being or have been addressed and that given a reasonable period of time, I can comply without the unnecessarily onerous and stressful situation of being forced to vacate.  I am working with Emily from House Calls to fulfill the requirements of a satisfactorily livable dwelling.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Clifford Scott to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 434 FRY STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the property to be released from the vacant building program but the building will continue to be monitored on a monthly basis; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
