WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Kong Sue Xiong to a Correction Order at 1325 REANEY AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal if the shed is 4 feet from the roof edge of the neighbor's garage, which appears to be on the property line when reviewing both the City's plat may and Ramsey County tax parcel map; however, if by December 18, 2017 the shed is not in compliance, additional enforcement action can be taken; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
