WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Ajah Peterson to a Correction Notice at 1560 ARLINGTON AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the following deadlines:
Items 1, 6: Garage must be secured from unauthorized entry, this includes repairing or replacing door(s) and window(s) or boarding those openings - deadline: January 1, 2018;
Item 2: roof of the garage - June 1, 2018
Item 3: eaves/soffit of garage - June 1, 2018
Item 4: repaint exterior walls and/or trim of garage - July 1, 2018
Item 5: exterior walls of garage: need to replace, replace or secure openings, breaks and siding on a temporarily basis by January 1, 2018 and repair or replace permanent by June 1, 2018;
Item 7: foundation of garage - June 1, 2018
Item 8: storm doors on front of entrance: remove, repair or replace storm door by January 1, 2018 (door is unattached)
Item 9: defective stairs front of entrance - June 1, 2018
Item 10: roof above front entrance of house - June 1, 2018
Item 11: repaint exterior walls on front end of house - June 1, 2018; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
