Title

Appeal of Erin Wise and Hannah Smith, tenants, to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 783 SIXTH STREET EAST.

Date/Time of 1st LH:  Tuesday, November 28, 2017, 11:30 a.m.

Purpose of Appeal:  Housing Hub advised tenants that we were in no need to vacate and removed the notice of revocation which was later replaced by inspector David Smith.  Myself and my roommate Hannah have not the resources to move and are requesting to stay through our lease end in April or at least until spring so we have time to prepare, pack, and move.  Our housing company advised that Travis Bistodeau, the Deputy Director of DSI, would handle everything.

Date of Order(s) Under Appeal:  November 6, 2017

Inspector/Key Staff:  David Smith
