WHEREAS, Energizer has offered to donate 300 9-volt batteries valued at $147.00 to the Fire Department; and
WHEREAS, the Fire Department would like to accept this donation of batteries from Energizer; and
WHEREAS, these batteries will be provided to residents of Saint Paul for smoke detectors in their homes; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council accepts this donation of 9-volt batteries from Energizer and thanks Energizer for its generous gift.
