RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul, Police Department is authorized to enter into State and Local HIDTA (High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas) Task Force Agreement, including an addendum, with the United States Department of Justice effective through September 30, 2018. The agreement(s) in the form and content substantially as set forth in the attached will be entered into and implemented by Assistant Chief Kathleen Wuorinen.
