4. Approval to Allocate $75,000 of HRA Business Assistance Program Loan Funds to Clutch Brewing Company 928 W. 7th Street, District 9, Ward 2
Mr. Sage-Martinson, HRA Executive Director, stated this item is requesting approval of a loan to Clutch Brewery to help fuel investment in jobs in the City of Saint Paul and help make us the brewery capital of the Midwest. This new brewery is going into the Schmidt Keg-House and is part of the broader re-development at Schmidt.
