Reducing the assessment at 2096 Como Avenue as part of the Como Avenue from Raymond to Commonwealth street reconstruction project.

WHEREAS on October 4, 2017, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted RES PH 17-243, said resolution being the ratification of assessment for the paving and lighting on Como Avenue from Raymond to Commonwealth (File No. 19202, Assessment No. 175206); and
WHEREAS, the property at 2096 Como Avenue, being described as: St. Anthony Park, Minnesota Lot 5, Block 26, with the property identification number 29-29-23-11-0069, was assessed an amount of $7,922.88 for the street reconstruction; and
WHEREAS, the improvement stopped short of the property line, the assessment should have been $1,839.24; and
WHEREAS, the Office of Financial Services staff recommends reducing the assessment; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the assessment is hereby amended to reflect this change.
