Authorizing the Police Department to enter into a Lease for Use Agreement, which includes an indemnification clause, with the State of Minnesota .

WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul Police Department (SPPD) wishes to enter into a two Leases for the Use of Camp Ripley Grounds and Facilities, including meals, with the State of Minnesota which includes an indemnification clause; and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the council approves entering into this agreement and authorizes Assistant Chief Kathleen A. Wuorinen to implement the attached leases which includes an indemnification clause.
