Purpose of Appeal: Per City of St. Paul DSI Daniel Klein, 399 Hope Street residence in a non-owner occupant home and has been deemed as a rental home. We are appealing that our home 399 Hope Street is NOT a rental home and is still being occupied by myself (Cher Lee) and my brother (Tou Lee) who are joint owners of the home. See all proof documents attached with this appeal application.

Body

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Cher Lee & Tou Lee to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 399 HOPE STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant owners to be released from the Fire Certificate of Occupancy Program and grant until January 1, 2018 to get the items in the Fire Inspection Correction Notice addressed; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
