Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 672 RIVOLI STREET in Council File RLH RR 17-4.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH RR 17-4 on March 1, 2017 which granted an extension to September 1, 2017 to abate the nuisance conditions at 672 Rivoli Street; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on September 12, 2017 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
