Amending Council File RLH FCO 17-123, adopted September 6, 2017, to grant Eric Eddy an additional extension for property at 886 EDMUND AVENUE.

WHEREAS, on September 6, 2017, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH FCO 17-123, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Approval with Corrections for property at 886 Edmund Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing recommended that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension until September 15, 2017 for compliance with the parking surface issue; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and
WHEREAS, the Appellant is requesting additional extension for compliance on the roof as he is having problem finding a contractor to finish the work; please note 1) that the roof was not appealed at the August 1, 2017 Legislative Hearing; and 2) previously-appealed parking surface ois now in compliance; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends granting additional extension for completion of the roof repair; Now Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that an extension is hereby granted to December 1, 2017.
