WHEREAS on July 19, 2017, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 17-47, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Graffiti Removal services during February 11 to March 3, 2017. (File No. J1708P, Assessment No. 178407); and
WHEREAS, the property at 490 University Avenue West, being described as: Ex Ave; Lots 12 Thru 15 Blk 2, with the property identification number 36-29-23-31-0138 was assessed an amount of $434.30; and
WHEREAS, Department of Safety and Inspections staff recommends deleting the assessment because there has been a graffiti waiver on file;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $434.30, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 17-47 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
