Approving adverse action against the Auto Repair Garage license application submitted by Integrity Auto Sales, LLC, d/b/a Integrity Auto Sales at 501 Maryland Avenue West, Suite B.
Body
WHEREAS, the Auto Repair Garage license application submitted by Integrity Auto Sales, LLC d/b/a Integrity Auto Sales (License ID# 20150003793) for the premises located at 501 Maryland Avenue West, Suite B in Saint Paul was the subject of a Notice of Intent to Deny License dated August 29, 2017; and
WHEREAS, the Notice stated the licensee failed to complete the requirements necessary to complete the application process; and
WHEREAS, in addition, the licensee had not striped the parking spaces in violation of license condition #4 and Zoning Conditional Use Permit (#15-144-4494); and
WHEREAS, as a result, the licensing office recommended license denial; and
WHEREAS, the applicant did not respond to the Notice of Intent to Deny License to request either a public or administrative hearing or withdraw the application; and
WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Deny License stated that if the licensee failed to request either a public or administrative hearing or withdraw the license application by September 8, 2017, that the matter would be placed on the next available consent agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the Auto Repair Garage application submitted by Integrity Auto Sales, LLC d/b/a Integrity Auto Sales (License ID# 20150003793) for the premises located at 501 Maryland Avenue West, Suite B in Saint Paul is hereby denied.
