WHEREAS, AARP provides to the City of Saint Paul a grant in the amount of $20,000.

RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul will enter into a Memorandum of Understanding Grant Agreement with AARP; and be it further

RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City officials are authorized to execute the Agreement and any of the attachments to the Agreement.
