Title

Appeal of Jenifer Snavely to a Vehicle Abatement, Summary Abatement, Condemnation as Unfit for Human Habitation and Order to Vacate at 575 ASHLAND AVENUE. (Legislative Hearing on September 5)

Date/Time of 1st LH: September 5, 2017; 11:00 a.m.

Purpose of Appeal: More time to resolve family issues.

Date of Order(s) Under Appeal: August 23, 2017

Inspector/Key Staff: Sean Westenhofer

Legislative Hearing Staff Comments: Appeal was originally for an appointment letter. Property was condemned and vehicle and summary abatement orders were issued after the appeal was brought in but before it was entered into Legistar. Appellants were notified by phone and by mail of the change in the type of appeal and the time.

Mai, please set this up for public hearing on September 6, 2017 - so it's a fast turn-around. Since we're not hearing cases on August 29, I don't want this to last to mid-Sep. without a public hearing.
