Body

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Geraldine Blackhawk to a Condemnation as Unfit for Human Habitation and Order to Vacate at 1762 REANEY AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal on the Condemnation and Order to Vacate as progress has been made to clean up the property and grant until November 15, 2017 for compliance for the remaining items which will be re-issued as a Correction Notice; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
