WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Gustavo Lopez to a Summary Abatement Order at 1152 MARYLAND AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council direct the summary abatement order be re-issued as a correction order with a deadline of June 1, 2018, noting parking shall be discontinued on unapproved and unpaved surfaces and may only be continued upon approval of a site plan and installation of legal parking surfaces; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
