Appeal of Shan Leroy John Fritz & Randy Jennrich to a Vehicle Abatement Order at 1141 DALE STREET NORTH.

Purpose of Appeal: Any vehicles obstructing the alleyway have been moved per the vehicle abatement order. However the need for temporary overflow parking remains. Fortunately, at the end of the dead end alley are two unused parking spots, albeit belonging to the City. We would like to request conditional use of those two spots (or perhaps better termed community use of those spots) for those occasions when the need for temporary overflow parking arises, and thus avoid any future problems. )Please see aerial photo attached.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Shan Leroy John Fritz & Randy Jennrich to a Vehicle Abatement Order at 1141 DALE STREET NORTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal, noting the violation has been abated; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
