Purpose of Appeal: I was issued a Notice to Cut Tall Grass and/or Weeds. I have a garden in my front yard (no weeds or grass). Also, I have planted millet (decorative) in my boulevard (no weeds or grass). We also put 2 paths (stone pavers) through the boulevard for people to use. We have done this planting for several years.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Meghan Rodriguez-House to a Notice to Cut Tall Grass and/or Weeds at 1477 SAINT CLAIR AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal, noting the issue has been resolved; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
