Title

Ratifying the assessment for improvements along Payne Avenue from 7^th Street East to Woodward Avenue. (File No. 19194B, Assessment No. 165203)

Body

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 17-1330 accepted the Report of Completion for the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for improvements to the roadway and lighting, realignment of the intersection of Payne Avenue and East 7^th Street, new traffic signal, pedestrian walks and ramps constructed to current ADA standards, bicycle facilities, medians were removed on East 7^th and grass boulevards were installed and trees planted.  Necessary property rights were acquired for completion of the said improvements; and

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on October 4, 2017 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and

WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
