WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 17-1324 accepted the Report of Completion for the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for improvements on Wheelock Parkway from Rice Street to Edgerton Street including new bituminous surfaced street with concrete curb and gutter, concrete driveway aprons, bituminous path, boulevard landscaping with sod and trees, sidewalks where appropriate, and lantern style lighting; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on October 4, 2017 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
