Body

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Police Department has accepted the grant from the Corporation for National and Community Services through ServeMinnesota for the Law Enforcement Career Path Academy Program (RES 17-1171); and

WHEREAS, the agreement with ServeMinnesota for this grant includes an indemnification clause; and

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that city council authorizes the City of Saint Paul to enter into an agreement with ServeMinnesota which includes an indemnification clause.
