Ratifying the assessment for the Wabasha Street from Plato to Fillmore paving and lighting project constructed as part of the St. Paul Street Paving Program (SPS). (File No. 19188, Assessment No. 165210)

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 17-1312 accepted the Report of Completion for the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for constructing new bituminous surface streets with concrete curb and gutter, ADA compliant pedestrian ramps at the intersections, new storm water catch basins and above-standard double-lantern style street lighting and approval of the annual operation and maintenance cost for the above-standard lighting; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on October 4, 2017 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
