Ratifying the assessment for improvements on Como Avenue from Raymond Avenue to Commonwealth Avenue. (File No. 19202, Assessment No. 175206)

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 17-1308 accepted the Report of Completion for the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for constructing concrete curb and gutter, new bituminous roadway, some sidewalk improvements, ADA compliant pedestrian ramps, bike lanes and lantern style street lighting. The project includes the intersections of Como and Raymond and Como and Commonwealth and doing all other necessary work to complete said project; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on October 4, 2017 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
