RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul, Police Department is authorized to enter into the attached Lease agreement with the State of Minnesota for use of their Arden Hills army Training Site Grounds and Facilities (AHATS) for the dates of September 18, 2017 through September 20, 2017. This lease includes an indemnification clause.
